I'm In A NY State of Mind

Whenever I go to NYC, I can't get enough of the bustling crowds, rushing taxis and hot dog vendors. On vacation with my boyfriend in a Connecticut suburb, I jumped at the chance to hop on a train and join those bustling crowds, hail a taxi and chow down on a hot dog on the sidewalk. This NYC trip didn't disappoint--except for the frigid temperature. I learned that my new blue coat was more effective as a fashion statement than a warming accessory. But regardless, I braved the weather to explore one of my favorite cities in the country. One of the highlights was finding the Eloise store in the Plaza Hotel! So many fun trinkets I didn't even know where to look. Also, did I mention I was there during the holidays so the whole city was decorated and turned into a magical display? The Cartier building was wrapped in a jumbo red, sparkling bow--just my style. Throwing some jewelry vibes out there...any takers?
